How to use Pacecourt Acrylic Resurfacer
Pacecourt’s Acrylic Resurfacer is the key layer before applying color coatings on the sport court surface. It smooths out surface roughness, fills in minor cracks, and creates a uniform texture for better topcoat adhesion and long-term performance.
Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or debris. Then, repair any major cracks or surface damage.
Material Mixing
Mix the acrylic resurfacer with water and silica sand using the recommended ratio. And ensure a smooth and consistent ratio.
Application
Apply the mixture with a squeegee across the sports court surface. Work in one direction and make sure it is evenly spread.
Curing Time
Allow the resurfacer to fully dry before overlaying cushion coats or acrylic color coats. Dry time will depend on weather conditions.
