HOW TO USE PACECOURT DEEP PATCH
Surface Inspection & Preparation
Material Mixing
Deep Patch To produce a smooth, uniform and lump-free mixture, clean water and graded silica sand are mixed in the recommended ratio. The mixture is mixed well until it attains the desired workable consistency that guarantees good bonding and leveling performance.
Application
Deep Patch is applied over only uneven, gaping and bumpy spots. At such places, the material is packed and smoothed out so as to leave the surface smooth and even before laying the acrylic flooring.
Curing Time
Allow the patched surface to cure completely and become fully touch dry before applying any cushion or acrylic topcoat layers. Ensure there is no surface moisture and the area is properly hardened to achieve strong bonding and long-term performance of the synthetic acrylic system.
