PU BINDER

FLEXIBLE BASE BINDING SYSTEM
The Flexible Base Binding System is made in such a way that it can establish a stable, shock absorbing, durable foundation of ESDM and rubberized flooring. It is then bonded with the high performance PU binder to fix the rubber granules to form a smooth, rubber base layer which is elastic in nature.
HOW TO USE PACECOURT PU BINDER
Put the Pacecourt PU Binder into a mixer and add EPDM or rubber granules in the prescribed proportion until it becomes homogenous. Pour the mixture into the ready base surface and press it well to give it a continuity of thickness. This is done by letting the surface to dry to create a flexible, smooth and strong rubber flooring system.
Surface Inspection & Preparation
Before applying, make sure that the base is concrete or asphalt, it is clean, dry, and structurally stable. Eliminate dust, oil, grease and loose dirt. It should have a smooth surface that is devoid of cracks to enable the bonding of the PU binder and EPDM granule system.
Material Mixing
Combine Mix Pacecourt PU Binder and EPDM or rubber granules in an appropriate mixture. Mix for a long time until all the granules are coated with binder. Good mixing guarantees good adhesion, consistent elasticity and durability of the surface.
Application
With the help of the appropriate tools (trowel or screed box) spread the binder-granule mixture even on the prepared surface. Continue to add uniform thickness and flatten the layer appropriately to form a smooth flexible and impact-free base.
Curing Time
Let the surface put down to cure, and then begin to use. The curing time varies according to the temperature and humidity, but the surface has to be completely hardened in order to provide durability, versatility, and structural integrity over the long run.
