At Pacecourt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, cancellations, and refunds are processed for our products and services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to:
Sports flooring materials and related products supplied by Pacecourt
Installation, construction, resurfacing, repair, and maintenance services
Any other services or solutions offered directly by Pacecourt
2. Order Confirmation & Advance Payments
All orders and service bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment or written confirmation, as mutually agreed.
Advance payments are used for project planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.
Once an order is confirmed, it may not be eligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
Before work commencement:
If the order or service is cancelled before procurement of materials or scheduling of work, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing charges.
After work commencement or material procurement:
No refund will be provided once materials have been ordered, customized, dispatched, or work has commenced at the site.
3.2 Cancellation by Pacecourt
Pacecourt reserves the right to cancel an order or service due to unforeseen circumstances such as non-availability of materials, technical constraints, safety concerns, or non-cooperation from the client.
In such cases, any amount received for unexecuted work will be refunded after necessary adjustments.
4. Return Policy (Products)
Since most flooring materials are project-specific or customized, returns are generally not accepted once delivered.
Returns may be considered only if:
Incorrect or damaged materials are delivered
Manufacturing defects are identified at the time of delivery
Important Conditions:
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Pacecourt reserves the right to inspect the materials before approving any return.
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on banks or payment gateways.
Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting:
Administrative charges
Material handling or logistics costs (if applicable)
Work already completed or expenses incurred
6. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delays caused due to client-side issues (site readiness, approvals, access, etc.)
Minor color or texture variations inherent to flooring materials
Damage caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
7. Warranty vs Refund
Any issues covered under product or service warranty will be addressed as per the warranty terms.
Warranty claims do not qualify as refunds unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes related to returns or refunds, Pacecourt will attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in India.
9. Policy Updates
Pacecourt reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
