WARRANTY

Warranty

Pacecourt provides a 3-year limited warranty on its synthetic acrylic sports flooring materials, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Precise Mixing Ratio Compliance

The warranty is valid only when Pacecourt materials are mixed strictly according to the recommended ratio of silica sand and potable water specified by Pacecourt. Any deviation from the approved mixing ratio will void the warranty.

2. Proper Layer Drying Time

Each coating layer must be allowed to dry completely before applying the next layer. Drying time should be determined based on actual climatic conditions (temperature and humidity), not by surface touch alone. Failure to ensure full drying between layers may compromise surface performance and will void the warranty.

3. Approved Water Quality for Mixing

Only clean potable drinking water with a pH level between 6.5 and 8.5 must be used for material mixing. Use of saltwater or water outside the specified pH range is strictly prohibited and will invalidate the warranty.

4. Correct Material Quantity Usage

The quantity of materials applied must strictly match the specifications mentioned in the Pacecourt Proforma Invoice. Using less material than recommended can affect durability, surface strength, and finish quality, resulting in warranty cancellation.

5. Compliance with Installation Guidelines

All installation procedures must follow Pacecourt’s official application guidelines. These guidelines are designed to ensure long-term durability, structural integrity, and optimal performance of the court surface. Non-compliance will void the warranty.

6. Proper Maintenance and Care

The court must be maintained according to Pacecourt’s maintenance manual and care instructions. Neglect, improper cleaning methods, or lack of regular maintenance may lead to warranty invalidation.

7. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Structural base failure
  • Natural disasters
  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications after installation

8. Warranty Claims Process

In case of a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Proforma invoice
  • Evidence of compliance with all warranty conditions

Pacecourt reserves the right to inspect the site before approving any claim.

9. Non-Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of Pacecourt materials.
