How to Use Pacecourt Cushion Coat
Pacecourt’s Cushion Coat is a flexible, multi-layered system that enhances comfort and shock absorption on sports court surfaces. It is perfect for tennis courts, basketball courts, badminton courts, and multi-purpose court surfaces. It adds performance and safety and extends court surface life, making them long-lasting.
Surface Preparation
Start with a clean, dry and primed surface. Repair major cracks or structural damage. The substrate must be concrete or asphalt and fully cured.
Material Mixing
Mix the Cushion Coat thoroughly before application. Use the recommended ratio. Ensure it mixed well to get a uniform, lump-free consistency.
Application
Apply the mixture with a flexible rubber squeegee in thin coats, evenly across the surface. Two to three coats are usually recommended.
Curing Time
Allow each coat to dry fully, as per the humidity and temperature of that area, before applying the next layer.
