ISO Certified Sports Flooring Excellence
Quality That Speaks an International Language
ISO 9001:2015 is the globally recognised standard for quality management systems — a framework that governs how organisations plan, execute, and continuously improve every aspect of their operations.
At Pacecourt, ISO certification is embedded into every layer of our business. From the moment raw materials arrive to the day we hand over a finished court, each step is governed by documented processes, trained personnel, and independent audits — no shortcuts, no guesswork.
This commitment ensures that every surface we build delivers identical performance standards — whether it's a community basketball court in Rajasthan or a professional tennis academy in Mumbai.

Certified construction reduces maintenance frequency and extends surface lifespan beyond 15 years — protecting your investment and delivering measurable ROI over decades.
From Raw Material to Certified Court
Each Pacecourt project moves through a rigorous, ISO-guided quality journey before any athlete sets foot on the surface.
Raw Material Testing
Every incoming batch of acrylic binder, pigment, and aggregate is sent for third-party laboratory analysis before entering production. UV stability, chemical composition, and load characteristics are verified against ISO specifications. Only passing materials proceed — no exceptions.
Controlled Manufacturing
Production follows ISO-documented formulations with calibrated mixing equipment, precise temperature controls, and batch traceability codes. Every batch is logged against its source materials and operator — creating a full chain of custody from factory floor to project site.
Multi-Level Quality Checks
On-site quality inspectors evaluate each construction phase — surface preparation, base layer, intermediate coatings, and final colour application. Non-conformances are flagged and corrected before the next layer is applied, enforcing zero-defect standards at every stage.
Final Certification Approval
Post-installation, each surface is assessed against ITF and BWF specifications for pace, ball rebound, and player safety parameters. Pacecourt issues a project-level quality completion certificate at handover — giving every client documented proof of compliance.
Internationally Recognised Certification
Our ISO 9001:2015 certificate is issued by an accredited third-party body and renewed annually — transparent proof of our quality management commitment.
