Cushion Coat

Pacecourt cushion coat is a resilient, multi-layered application designed to provide the player with added comfort and a more enjoyable playing experience by reducing shock to the lower extremities. The system should applied only to properly prepared concrete or asphalt substrates. The Pacecourt cushion system is comprised of resurfaced (2coat). cushion powder (1 coat), and colour coat (2 coats of textured mix & 1 coat of finish mix). If the cushion system is to applied to a concrete substrate, the pacecourt concrete primer (1 coat)  required.

Surface Preparation

Pacecourt cushion coat: apply 3 coats of pacecourt cushion powder that is mixed 50Kg of powder cushion to 50Kg of clean water. Do Not Add Sand to cushion coats! The consumption rate for the powder cushion is 0.29 Kg/m². Apply cushion coats using soft rubber, or matched squeegee. Each application should applied perpendicular (90°) to the previous coat. Allow a drying time of at least 5 hours between each cushion. Each coat must fully cured before proceeding to the next coat or water may become trapped between the cushion layers and cause peeling and blistering. 

Coverage 

Actual coverage rates are department by a variety of factors relative to the field application. The installer must assess the conditions prior to ordering material. Allowances must made for waste in mixing, pouting and field condition.
