Pacecourt’s sports flooring systems are built using advanced multi-layer technology that enhances performance, safety, and surface longevity. Choose from 5 or 8-layer configurations, each engineered to deliver consistent bounce, superior grip, and unmatched comfort.
5 Layer Systems
Acrylic Resurfacer – This layer is applied over concrete or asphalt base. It fills cracks, seals the surface, and promotes adhesion for the upper layers.
Cushion Coat (First Layer) – This layer reduces surface hardness, providing initial impact absorption and improving comfort underfoot.
Cushion Coat (Second Layer) – An additional coat of the cushion layer enhances player comfort, minimizes stress on joints, reduce fatigue and injury risks during long play.
Color Coat (First Layer) – Color coat layer improves UV resistance and helps protect the underlying cushion system from wear and exposure.
Color Coat (Second Layer) – The final layer seals the surface with consistent color finish and a non-slip texture while ensuring durability against weather, abrasion, and heavy foot traffic.
8 Layer Systems
Acrylic Resurfacer –This layer is applied over concrete or asphalt to prepare the surface. It smooths out minor irregularities, fills cracks, and provides a uniform texture and reliable foundation for the court system.
Cushion Coat (First Layer) – The first cushion coat initiates the shock-absorbing structure, reducing surface hardness and enhancing comfort underfoot.
Cushion Coat (Second Layer) – This layer deepens the cushioning system and adds more resilience. It makes the court softer and maintain consistent bounce and feel across the playing surface.
Cushion Coat (Third Layer) – The third layer adds more flexibility and comfort to the sports court system, reducing player fatigue during long play.
Cushion Coat (Fourth Layer) – Fourth layer makes the court even softer and improves the shock absorption, reducing impact on knees and joints and safer and longer play.
Cushion Coat (Fifth Layer) – The final cushion coat giving maximum player comfort and consistent response. And ensures long term surface integrity and playability.
Color Coat (First Layer) – Color coat layer improves UV resistance and helps protect the underlying cushion system from wear and exposure.
Color Coat (Second Layer) – The final layer seals the surface with consistent color finish and a non-slip texture while ensuring durability against weather, abrasion, and heavy foot traffic.
