4. Payments & Billing

An advance payment is required to confirm any order or service booking.
Remaining payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
Delays in payment may result in suspension or delay of services.
All payments made are subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Pacecourt follows a transparent and fair return and refund process:

Orders once confirmed are generally non-refundable.
Cancellations before material procurement or work commencement may be eligible for partial refunds after deduction of administrative charges.
No refunds will be provided once materials are ordered, customized, delivered, or work has commenced.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment.

In such cases, payments already made will not be refundable for completed work.
